Yoga bedeutet das Verstehen seines Inneren. Ruhen in der Mitte des Herzens. Es bedeutet auch Vereinigung mit der Natur, sich selbst und unserer Umwelt. 

Mittels fliessenden Bewegungen sowie Innehalten in Positionen, welche den Körper nach der Arbeit abholen, findest du gelöst auf die Matte.

Du lernst richtig atmen und die Atmung zu lenken. Gleichzeitig ist dies vorbereitend für die nachfolgende Meditation:

Das Prana Dharana ist eine tantrische Hatha Yoga Meditation und wird schrittweise erlernt. Durch richtiges Atmen und aufbauen von Atemhaltung (länger ein- und ausatmen) baust du die lebenswichtige Energie "Prana" auf und verweilst in der Ruhe.

In a society, where you and every one around you are constantly stressed, overworked and faced with rapidly decreasing social connections - where you you find time to listen to your heart?

Your drained body and nervous system don't want to face more movement or strenuous Asanas to find the light of the heart. They are longing for a full, deep breath and immersion into deep stillness as well as time to be able to go with nature. 

AY Vitaly picks you up with fluent movements, as well as steady positions that let you meet your mat relaxed and present.

You will learn how to breathe properly and how to direct the breath. Simultaneously you are preparing your body and mind for the meditation:

Prana Dharana is a tantric Hatha Yoga meditation, learnt stepwise. Through guided breathing, thereby building capacity to hold the breath (longer in- and exhales) you are also building up vital life energy "Prana" and can then linger in stillness...

....opening the way to your heart.
